Thank you for visiting the Monova Design website. By using our site and services, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to safely bring you thoughtful designs produced with the vision of an educator and an engineer.

2. Our Scope of Service & Production

Monova Design is a boutique studio designing educational play materials, wooden hybrid designs, and nursery decor products. Additionally, through the "Dream to Reality" concept, it provides custom production (special orders) of designs submitted by users. Product content and service scope on our website may be updated without prior notice.

3. Natural Textures & Production Characteristics

Our products are carefully manufactured using eco-friendly materials, specifically made to order. Due to our production method, micro-texture differences (layer lines) on product surfaces or natural tone variations in wooden components may be visible. These are not manufacturing defects but a natural result of your product being custom and boutique crafted.

4. Safety & Usage Responsibility

Our collections are educational materials supporting children's cognitive and motor development. Our products are designed to be played with under parental supervision. Any safety risk and legal responsibility arising from non-compliance with age warnings or misuse of the products (forceful breaking, dismantling in a way that creates a choking hazard, etc.) belong entirely to the buyer/user.

5. Custom Production Terms & Intellectual Property

All original products and visuals designed within Monova Design are protected by copyright. However, for drawings or 3D models submitted by users to our studio for custom production under the "Dream to Reality" concept, it is assumed that the user owns all usage rights. Our studio cannot be held responsible for the unauthorized production of registered trademarks or issues arising from the structural weakness of designs submitted by the user.

6. Cancellation & Return Conditions

ou have a 14-day legal right of return from the delivery date for standard products in our collections. However, for "Made to Order" products produced specifically for you, personalized (e.g., name engraved), or "Dream to Reality" products produced according to your submitted design, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be made unless there is a technical production error originating from our studio.
